Chemical Peel

What is a chemical peel?

A chemical peel is a chemical procedure in which a medicated solution is used to improve and smooth out the appearance of skin on face, neck, or hands/legs. The peeling process leads to new skin growth - usually smoother, healthier and less wrinkled compared to old skin.

Which peel is right for me?

There are 3 different types of peel : superficial, medium and deep. Superficial and medium depth peels are generally safe as these have minimum side effects and recovery time.

How many peels do I need?

We recommend a course of six peels, 2 to 3 weeks apart. This will give the best results, as the full benefits of the peels build up over a course of minimum six treatments. After this, you can have once monthly maintenance peels.

How do I prepare my skin?

We advise you to book a pre-peel consultation 2 weeks before your peel. You will be advised to prepare the skin with three products - pigment regulatos, moisturiser/antioxidant and a sunscreen. Avoid waxing, threading, hair removal creams and Laser hair removal for an entire week prior to your chemical peels.
